Consent to Receive Advertising and Informational Messages

By filling out the subscription form on the Site https://unigeniq.com and checking the checkbox «I consent to receive advertising materials», I hereby, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to:

(hereinafter – the "Operator")

to process my personal data provided in the subscription form (email address, and also my name – if provided), as well as to receive informational and advertising messages from the Operator.

1. Purpose of collecting and processing personal data

1.1. The Operator processes my personal data for the following purposes:

  1. sending me informational, advertising and marketing materials (including news about products, promotions, special offers, discounts, events);
  2. informing me about new products and changes in the assortment, terms of cooperation.

2. List of personal data for which I give consent

2.1. I may provide the following personal data:

  1. Email address (e-mail);
  2. Name (optional).

2.2. No other data is requested or processed.

3. Methods and terms of processing

3.1. Personal data is processed both with the use of automation tools (via CRM, email marketing services, analytics systems) and without them.

3.2. Term of consent: from the moment of subscription until the moment I withdraw my consent, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the date of the last confirmation of interest (opening an email, clicking a link or other interaction). After this period, the consent shall be deemed withdrawn, and my data shall be deleted unless I have explicitly renewed my consent.

3.3. I am informed that:

  1. I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the email address privacy@unigeniq.com marked «Unsubscribe from mailing list», or by clicking the «Unsubscribe» link at the bottom of any email I receive.
  2. in the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator is obliged to stop processing my personal data and delete them from all mailing databases within 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except in cases where further processing is necessary to comply with legal requirements (for example, to record the fact of withdrawal).
  3. withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data carried out on other legal grounds (for example, if I am a customer and the data is needed to perform a contract).

4. Transfer of personal data to third parties

4.1. I agree that the Operator may engage third parties to organize mailings (email marketing services, CRM systems) provided that they ensure the confidentiality and security of my data in accordance with a data processing agreement.

4.2. The Operator does not transfer my data to other third parties (not specified in clause 4.1) without my separate consent, except in cases provided for by federal law (upon a request from a court, law enforcement agencies).

5. Rights and obligations

5.1. I have the right to:

  1. receive information regarding the processing of my personal data;
  2. demand the clarification, blocking or destruction of my data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or are being processed unlawfully;
  3. withdraw my consent to the mailing list at any time.

5.2. I undertake to provide a valid email address and to promptly notify the Operator of any changes in my contact details (if necessary).

6. Final provisions

6.1. This consent is valid for the period specified in clause 3.2. Upon expiration of this period, if I have not withdrawn it earlier, the consent terminates and my data is deleted.

6.2. This consent is an addendum to the Privacy Policy posted on the Site at https://unigeniq.com/privacy.

6.3. Any matters not regulated by this consent shall be governed by the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
